TERMS OF SERVICE

(Please read carefully before ordering. Thank you!)1. GENERAL RULES
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason if I feel uncomfortable with the request.
References: Please provide clear character references, preferred poses, and facial expressions. Also, specify if you need a particular file format. This ensures a faster and more accurate workflow.
Prohibitions: My work MUST NOT be used for AI-related learning/training, NFTs, or any similar technologies.
Credit: You must credit me and/or link back to my profile when posting the artwork online.2. PAYMENT & PRICING
Method: Full or partial payment (to be discussed) must be sent upfront via PayPal or Ko-fi (€).
Fees: Prices are listed to include service fees. When using PayPal, please do not include any notes other than your name/contact information.
Confirmation: Do NOT send any payment until I have confirmed your order and added you to the queue.
Complexity: Complex character designs or highly detailed requests may increase the final price.3. REVISIONS
Sketch Phase:
-Minor changes (e.g., small expression tweaks) are free.
-Major changes (e.g., a complete change of pose) will incur a small additional fee.
Rendering Phase (Coloring):
Major changes at this stage are difficult to implement and will have an even higher cost.
Limit: A maximum of 3 revisions are included. Any revisions beyond this limit will be charged extra.4. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Turnaround Time: Depending on workload, completion usually takes no longer than 3 weeks.
Updates: I will provide an estimated completion date and notify you of any delays. You are welcome to DM me for a WIP (Work In Progress) update at any time.
Delivery: Finished art can be delivered via Social Media, Email, Discord, etc.5. USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Personal Use: Standard prices cover personal use only. I retain the right to post the commission in my portfolio unless you request a Private Commission (+30% fee).
Commercial Use:
-Streaming/Content Creation: +50% of the base price.
-Merchandise/Printing/Ads: +100% of the base price.
Copyright: I retain all intellectual property rights. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own without my written consent.6. REFUNDS & DISPUTES
Refund Policy: Partial refunds may be granted only if the commission is canceled during the Sketch Phase. Once the Rendering Phase has begun, the commission is no longer eligible for a refund.
Disputes: Forcibly engaging in a payment dispute will result in being blacklisted. In this event, I reserve the right to alter the commission and use it for my own purposes/social media.7. COMMUNICATION
