Terms of service

(PLEASE READ ALL OF THEM BEFORE DECIDING TO ORDER,THANK YOU)GENERALI reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason if I feel uncomfortable.
Send me references of the character, with pose that you have in mind and specify the facial expressions(Tell me also if you want to use a specific format!).This will make the workflow faster.

I have the right to post your commission to my portfolio and use them to promote my own services(unless you want a private commission, that will increase the price +30%).
Do not use my work for AI related learning,NFT EtcNSFW artworks are only available for adults.PAYMENTFull/Partial payment(upon discussion) has to be sent upfront.
I can use Paypal & Ko-fi to accept € payments.
Paypal has a fee of 3% so prices will be 3% higher.
If paying with Paypal, please do not put anything in your note besides your name/contact information.
The budget is always accepted in advance before making any payment.
Do NOT send payment until I have confirmed that I have accepted your order and added your order to the queue.REVISIONSThe Client is entitled and encouraged to give feedback to the Artist as it progresses through the Sketch phase. NO MAJOR/DRASTIC changes can be made during the Rendering phase.Input is still necessary [ regardless of the timeframe ] to ensure quality control from both ends. [ Artist/Client ]
The max number of revision is 3.DEADLINES & DELIVERYDepending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 3 weeks.
I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time, so feel free to DM me.
Art can be delivered through social media, email, discord etc. if needed.USECommissioned art is personal use.
Only Commercial use for streaming, content use, etc. will be +50% of cost unless stated otherwise.
Commercial use for printing, selling, ads, etc will be +100% of cost, unless stated otherwise
When using a character designed by me / artwork created by me for large-scale commercial profit please discuss with me further.
Please credit me when reposting the commissioned artINTELLECTUAL PROPERTYNo alteration can be made to the final product once the commission is finished.
The Artist retains all intellectual property rights and [ “unless PRIVATE”] is able to use the artwork and the sketches leading up to the final product as a showcase for the portfolio.[“UNLESS COMMERCIAL”] The Client cannot resell, redistribute or claim the artwork as their own without the Artist’s written consent.REFUNDSIf the commission is canceled at the early stages of the commission [“Sketch phase”], partial refunds may be granted.
If the commission has reached its later stages [“Rendering phase”], the client is NOT eligible for a refund.
Forcibly engaging a dispute will result in the Client being blacklisted. In this context, the Artist has every right to alter the commission for personal use and repost it on social media.PRICING
My art prices are subject to change based on my availability to work on commissions and my desire to work on certain types of commissions.
My price spreadsheet is the only place my prices are guaranteed to be accurate.The prices I have listed are the minimum for that commission type (not including sales or discounts).
Complex characters and complicated requests may increase the price.NFTs
I will never participate in the buying or selling of NFTs and strictly prohibit my art from being bought or sold as NFTs.REGARDING AI “ART”
